Hi all,

this school year has been really hectic and I haven't been able to find as much time as I wish I could to make more posts on here.

In the midst of all the craziness, it is important to stop and reflect and appreciate where I am. It is easy to get caught in the flow of life and forget to take time to actually enjoy it and live in the moment.

This week was busy with school work and meetings, however, I was able to find time to spend with some of my friends. Even though one of those times was just studying together it was so refreshing and uplifting to spend time with people who are inspirations for me.

It's great when you can have wardrobe pieces that are versatile and can be incorporated into any kind of occasion / weather situation. This button up dress is one of those pieces! I absolutely love how I can wear it as a dress (what it is supposed to be) and as a light jacket! Both variations of the outfit are more casual, however both also have very different vibes. The color of this piece is great because it's pretty neutral so could basically go with any other color.
