Happy Friday Eve! I hope everyone is having a wonderful week. It's that time of the year when the holidays are over and once we reach that point, we want winter to be over and get our spring clothes out. However, it will be cold for a while before we can do that. I thought I would make a post about one of my favorite coats this season.
To start off, one of my all time favorite coat styles is this cape wool poncho coat! It's so original and I feel very classy wearing it. I think it works best with pants or a tight pencil skirt. I wouldn't pair it up with a flared out skirt because then the coat and the skirt would be "competing" with each other. Furthermore, I think it is best to wear it with a long sleeve top or if you do wear an outfit with short sleeves underneath, pair up the coat with very long gloves or you might get cold!
I love pairing up faux snake skin shoes with the military green color. I think the two go together really well and balance each other out. I also think red looks great with military green.
